LSA Project

The LSA Project supports system leaders, principals, and schools by developing resources and providing job-embedded professional learning opportunities that help build and sustain instructional leadership capacity, thereby improving achievement for all students. Learning and strategies continue to evolve, gaining in breadth, depth, and complexity as we move forward and work collaboratively with all partners to meet emerging needs.

Research Component

Dr. Ken Leithwood is the lead researcher for the LSA project. Surveys and select telephone interviews are a critical part of the project. Surrveys and feedback forms are an important source of information for determining needs and providing support to those in the project. We thank teachers, principals, and system leaders for supporting and participating fully in this process.
