Registration with payment in full must be received by April 2, 2010.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given up to March 25, 2010. After that time a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
No refunds will be given after April 2, 2010.
Receipts will be issued with confirmation of registration.
CPCO Hotel Rates: CPCO has negotiated special rates for the Conference and AGM.

*Please indicate you are with the Catholic Principals’ Council of Ontario when making your reservation to ensure you are offered conference rates. Reservation cut-off date for the hotel is March 22, 2010.
Official delegates are required to pay full conference fees. Delegates must register for the Conference and Annual General Meeting, and include payment with their registration forms. Delegates’ accommodations will be booked by CPCO provincial. Travel costs are reimbursed after the conference. Please contact your local district representative for information.
