The protection of confidential member information is of paramount importance to the Catholic Principals’ Council of Ontario. In compliance with the Protection of Privacy Electronic Documents Act, the Catholic Principals’ Council of Ontario has an obligation to maintain the security of member records. Individual members may access their own information in their private account in the Members' Area of the web site.

Each member is required to authenticate their identity to access their private account. No other individuals, other than specifically designated CPCO staff, are able to gain access to this information.

• sell material from this site or reproduce it for sale without the express written permission of the Executive Council of the Catholic Principals’ Council of Ontario

We expect that participants will treat each other with respect. We will delete comments that are spam, are clearly "off topic" or that promote services or products. Comments that make unsupported accusations will be taken out of the discussion.

The discussion forum is not open to comments promoting or opposing any person campaigning for election to a political office. The CPCO social media is not open to the promotion or advertisement of business or commercial transactions. This social networking use policy is subject to amendment or modification at any time to ensure its continued use is consistent with its intended purpose.
