PRESIDENT'S JOURNAL

Christmas Greetings from CPCO

Over the past few weeks Catholic school communities have been preparing for the coming of Christ, Jesus. The season of Advent causes us to yearn for the simple beauty of Christmas – the miracle of a baby being born in the humblest of places - a babe whose very life and death would change the world! Catholic principals and vice-principals play a prophetic role in bringing our Catholic school communities together in ways that mark our distinctiveness. Celebration takes on many forms in our schools, yet prayer and giving are always the common themes. How privileged we are to celebrate the joy and wonder of Christ’s birth in our Catholic schools.

Have a blessed and safe Christmas, and as we move into the opportunity of a new year, remember the five simple rules to be happy:
free your heart from hatred;
free your mind from worries;
..live simply,
..give more,
..expect less.

Merry Christmas and blessings of the season from all of us at CPCO!
