Ontario Leadership Strategy

CPCO has developed several resources for creating and sustaining a system-wide mentoring/coaching program through the lens of a Catholic faith community. These learning opportunities have been designed specifically to support the Ministry’s Ontario Leadership Strategy and to assist Catholic boards in building their capacity to successfully implement initiatives such as Mentoring, Performance Appraisal, Leadership Succession Planning and Talent Development.
